With the paper version, you calculate your scores through a 3x3 matrix to produce an overall score for each of the six dimensions; Insight, Inclusion, Adaptation and Self, Others, World.
The online version, after calculating your scores, produces a color coded table of results that highlights areas for development. Although the paper version cannot recreate the color coding system, you can still see very quickly where your score lies in the range of possible results in a table that you use to interpret your assessment.
